Today has truly been one of the most memorable and special days of my life, as it marks the launch of a book based on my journey. The book, “ Yodha Champion Murlikant Petkar ,” was graciously launched by the Honourable Governor of Maharashtra, Shri Jishnu Dev Varma. It is a matter of immense pride and deep honour for me that this book was unveiled by such a respected and distinguished personality.
I would especially like to express my heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Ujjwala Barve for writing this book. She has beautifully and sensitively captured my life story—my struggles, my passion for swimming, and the journey that shaped who I am today. Through her words, she has brought my experiences to life in a way that is both inspiring and deeply moving.

Your commitment has transformed my life’s journey into a source of motivation and inspiration for many, and for that I am truly grateful.
